Double Trouble
Actually, it is a lot of fun to write together. We always come up with some new ideas and discuss them together. To be honest, we never had any problems with deciding in which direction to go with a fic - actually, we often thought just the same thing in the same moment :)
We still have a long long way to go with DT - hopefully you will enjoy it as much as we enjoy writing it!

Double Trouble
Thank you so much. We enjoy writing together, it´s so much more fun then doin' it alone! And shhhh...... don´t tell anyone, but we´re already planning our next BIG project ;) We´re excited about it, because it´s soooo different from DT or DD.

I must admit I'm a bit jealous about the fact you can write with two. Though you have to plan a lot and agree on the way you bring the story, I really agree it has its advantages to have a companion. Like when you've got a writer's block.
It's great to hear you've got something new coming up. I'm always in for a good story. And considering the fact I liked DT & DD, I'm pretty sure I'll like the next one too.

I wish you good luck with your first ficlet! You know, I'm a newbie too (I only started writing fanfic in January 2009) and I can say you this: "Just do it! Don't hesitate! It'll work out fine!"

It's my desire to write a fic. I have a couple of idea's in mind and one long fic that I need to finish. I've never written anything before besides in my journal. I'm not very creative but I have the desire to do it. I joined the board because of how supportive the Candy's seem to be here. I can't say when I'll finally post. I'm going to have to back off on fbs in order to do it which might take some doing since I'm so addicted to reading fics!
Eva, have you ever seen the movie "The Waterdance?" It stars Eric Stolz, Helen Hunt and Wesley Snipes. It was made in 1992. It's an Indie fic about an Author Joel Garcia who breaks his neck while hiking.

I've got the same problem, you know. I'm really addicted to reading. And it happens a lot that I arranged some time to write, but instead I find myself reading fics.
I never saw the movie you mentioned. Does my story remind you of it?
